What is the difference between a model kit, an action figure and a static figure?
A model kit requires assembly. A prebuilt articulated action figure is supplied assembled and can be posed; some accessories may still need fitting. A static figure is primarily intended for display. Confirm the exact product format in its listing and quotation.
Are third-party mecha model kits Gundam or Gunpla?
Gundam and Gunpla refer to a specific branded product ecosystem, not all robot model kits. Chinese original mecha kits from other brands should be identified by their own brand and model name. A third-party model listing does not establish Bandai or Gundam licensing; ask about authorization for the exact item and market.
Who can buy wholesale from ToyForge?
Hobby shops, toy shops and online sellers can apply for a wholesale account. Browse public product photos and descriptions, then use Become a partner to submit your business details. Purchasing access is subject to approval.
What are the minimum order and mixed-carton rules?
Minimum quantities and full-carton requirements depend on the product. Where supported, different colors of the same product can be combined under its ordering rules. Mixed-color packing currently adds US$0.50 per affected box to estimated shipping. Mixing unrelated products is not automatically supported; request confirmation.
Are shipping, import taxes and delivery times included?
The current sea-freight options shown for the US route include customs clearance, taxes and delivery to the door. Rates and timing are estimates and depend on the selected service, destination and shipment. ToyForge confirms the actual logistics quotation before the order is finalized; availability in other countries must be confirmed.
How do I request a quote and place an order?
After account approval, choose products and quantities and complete the delivery contact, phone and address. Submit an order request for confirmation of availability and shipping. Submitting a request does not charge you. Payment and dispatch follow the confirmed quotation.
How are missing parts and damaged products handled?
Report the order number, exact model, part number and clear photos. Keep the packaging for transit-damage claims. Replacement availability, shipping arrangements and any return or refund are confirmed under the applicable product and order terms.
